Dear Christians,I wrote this book for Christians who are interested in learning more about their religion. This is the first book of a series created for the sole intent of studying the Bible with another perspective.
How many times have you heard someone tell you that there are contradictions in the Bible, while someone else is telling you the exact opposite? What about Christian leaders who twist and manipulate Bible verses for the sole intent of imposing their individual beliefs on others?
Well, I'm here to put a stop to that kind of thinking. I'm tired of listening to people tell me what is or isn't in the Bible, so I chose to do some research on my own. I set out to find Bible verses that seem to create problems for Christians, as well as nonbelievers.
I wanted to simplify the process, by commenting on individual Bible verses. While you're reading this book, keep this in mind, these are only my opinions. You can choose to agree with them or not, but you're still studying the Bible.
Parts of this book shouldn't be taken too seriously, because I have a hidden agenda. I want to help Christians learn more about their religion, even though I'm not a Christian. I'm not an atheist, agnostic and I haven't found any scientific evidence to support anyone's claims of how the world was created.
If you're looking for a different perspective, you found it. I'm not holding anything back, this book is filled with honesty, humor and sincerity. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I enjoyed writing it.
